Software called Telex, made by scientists at the Universities of Michigan (United States) and the University of Waterloo (Canada). Telex software will mark the ongoing internet connection as a 'demand Telex' by entering a secret code to the header of the current page. Access is using a special technique called 'public-key steganography'.
