Microsoft has announced via their blog that the Windows OS 8 which will be released later will support USB 3.0 hardware.
Plans to support Windows 8 USB 3.0 is written by the Microsoft blog Building the newly created Windows 8. "One of the important role of Windows in the new ecosystem is its support for the new harware," said Chief Steven Sinofsky Windows from Microsoft.
"This is a process that involves many parties. So through this post we would like to see support for USB 3.0, which we see that many people worried akannya, given the improvement which we will present," he added.
Building in more detail than Windows 8, Microsoft describes the plan for implementing USB 3.0, while avoiding collisions with existing USB devices. In addition, Microsoft also added that in the year 2015, all PCs are expected to already have a USB 3.0 port. Furthermore, approximately two million USB devices 'super fast' is expected to be sold in 2015.
