I think the dogs now have more rights than people …. While it is true that some are abandoned, I see neighbors with dogs on her lap to go to the vet, and abandon parents and grandparents in hospitals to go on vacation and when they die or appear to not spend money on funeral …….. There is a movie with the title; World Dog I, II and III. One day a man Movie World I, II and III …….
