My Poem
Open up Microsoft Word 10 and create a poem about yourself that has 8 lines in it.
Font: Your Choice
Font Size: 18
Spacing: 1.5
Alignment: Center each line of your poem
Use the example at the bottom of the page (but do not copy it).
1. Begin your poem with your first and last name in bold font.
2. Choose one of the following “line starters” for each of the remaining lines:

3. Use spell check to correct any spelling mistakes.
4. Choose one of your words in the poem. Use the Thesaurus to find another word with the same meaning. Replace your word. Bold and underline the new word.
5. Insert a piece of clipart at the bottom of your poem. Center it.
6. Save as “Your Last Name Poem” in your Computer Skills Journal file.
